Further to the Terms & Conditions, Melanie Jarman’s Shipping Policy is outlined below.

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Delays
During busy periods or due to unforeseen postal service delays, you may experience a longer delivery time. If we foresee significant delays, we will contact you via email to provide updates and discuss options.

Domestic Shipping Rate
We offer a flat shipping rate of $15.00 AUD for regular post through Australia Post.
Please note that Express Post is not available at this time.
Estimated delivery time is 4 to 14 business days.

In-store/Studio Pickup
We offer in-store/studio pickup by appointment only. To arrange a pickup time, please contact Melanie Jarman directly at hello@melaniejarman.com. This option allows you to collect your purchase from our studio in Busselton.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of Australia and would like to purchase artwork, please contact Melanie Jarman directly at hello@melaniejarman.com to discuss shipping options.

Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@melaniejarman.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Returns and Refunds
Melanie Jarman handles returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your purchase and provide a valid reason. If your issue cannot be resolved, we will process a refund upon receiving the returned goods in their original condition. Refunds are made by the same payment method used for your original purchase and will be processed promptly. Please note that all refunds are made at the discretion of Melanie Jarman.
